Irvin Minney, Contract Manager for Broward County Transportation, is a Member of the Board of Directors of the  African American Success Foundation. Mr. Minney is one of the Founding Board of Directors, actively served on the Board until 2003, and then rejoined the Board in 2008. Mr. Minney helped to establish many of the grant selection criteria and review processes used by the Grant Selection Committee and served as its Chairperson for many years. He remains a valuable supporter of AASF and remains an active member of the Grant Selection Committee.
