Look Who's In Charge!!!

Black Mayors are in charge of more cities throughout this country than ever before.  As of May, 2003, the National Conference of Black Mayors (NCBM) had the total pegged more than 500.  This is amazing considering there were only 314 mayors in 1990 and 81 in 1970.
