Dr. Holmes is a licensed psychologist with specialized training and experience in clinical and forensic psychology. She has worked with youth since 1981 and currently serves as a
psychologist in the Delinquency and Dependency Court in South Florida. Dr. Holmes has special interest in HIV and AIDS, and provides substance abuse counseling and
psychotherapy. to victims. She is Immediate Past President of the South Florida Chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists, serves as its current Treasurer, and is an active participant in the national Association of Black Psychologists.
