Our mission is to promote the positive image of African Americans. The African American Success Foundation (AASF) is dedicated to the collection and dissemination of information regarding African American achievements to aid in the replication of those successes, and to ensure their accurate portrayal in the global community.

AASF was founded because of concern about the inadequate portrayal of African American accomplishments, and the desire to shape future success. Its challenge is to combat the more pervasive negative imagery, stereotypes and mythology that undermine positive growth and development.
