Richard Adams is Assistant Dean of the Homewood-Brushton
Center of the Community College of Allegheny County in
Pittsburgh, PA. He obtained his undergraduate education in Political Science and Afro-American Studies at Bowdoin College and is completing study for his Master’s degree in Business Communications from Jones International University. Mr. Adams served on the Pittsburgh School Board, on the city of Pittsburgh’s Human Relations Commission, and served as the Pennsylvania State Chair of the National Rainbow Coalition by selection of the Rev. Jesse Jackson. He is a noted radio talk show host, is well known for his commentary and community activism, and is cited in Who’s Who in Black America.
