Yvonne
Julian Hargrove is a Member of the Board of Directors of the
African
American Success Foundation
and serves as Chairperson of its
Success Books Committee.
Ms.
Julian-Hargrove received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry, with
Honors, from the Illinois Institute of Technology (1976), and an MBA in
Operations Management from Golden Gate University (1995). She began her
career as a microscopist and is the author of several papers in the field
of light microscopy. She then moved into sales and marketing and has been
employed by The Dow Chemical Company in this capacity since 1979. In
addition to reading, Yvonne’s hobbies include art appreciation, amateur
astronomy, and Mandarin.
